RC&D Council Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the decision making arm of the RC&D Council.  Eight members are elected to the Board of Directors by the County committee and Tribal committee annually.  These eight members vote on matters that affect budget, policy, and projects.  The Board of Directors meet quarterly - February, April, July, and October.

RC&D Coordinator

The RC&D Coordinator is the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s representative to the Council (employed by the Natural Resource Conservation Service).  The Coordinator assists the Council in carrying out their mission and ensure that progress is achieved in fulfilling the goals, objectives, and tasks defined in the Council's Area Plan.  The Coordinator is not a voting member of the Council, but participates in the decision making process by providing information, offering suggestions, recommendations, and alternatives.
